The establishment of RAS Publisher was motivated by the need for a platform that is able to accommodate and distribute research results from various disciplines, especially in the fields of economics, management, and sustainable development. Through a professional and adaptive approach to technological developments, RAS Publisher manages scientific journals with national standards.
One of RAS Publisher's leading journals is EDIPENA (Economics and Dynamics of Sustainable Development) which began publication in 2025. Since its inaugural publication, EDIPENA has used Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 3 to ensure the publishing process is transparent, fast, and globally standardized.
The management of this journal is handled by a professional and dedicated editorial team, established through the Decree of the Director of RAS Publisher Number: 001/RAS/SK/I/2025.
