Abstract

Digital technology development provides young people opportunities to engage in online entrepreneurship. Pesantren Nurul Iksan implemented a Community Service Program (PKM) to improve students’ competencies in digital business as part of economic empowerment. Activities included needs identification, theoretical and practical training on digital business concepts, online marketing, social media management, e-commerce utilization, and mentoring to build simple online businesses. A participatory approach ensured relevance to the boarding school environment. Results showed significant improvement in conceptual understanding and technical skills such as content creation, digital analytics, and online transaction management. Students also demonstrated creativity in identifying new market opportunities. The program fostered an entrepreneurial culture and supported institutional economic independence.
