Time management and effective learning skills are essential for students in Islamic boarding schools with demanding schedules. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of time management and effective learning training in improving students’ time organization, learning independence, and academic achievement at Pesantren Nurul Ihsan. A qualitative method was employed, involving 25 purposively selected middle-level students. The one-day training included theoretical sessions, effective learning simulations, group discussions, and individual evaluations. The findings indicate that the training significantly enhanced students’ ability to manage time, improve learning strategies, and support academic success. Future research should integrate this program into the pesantren curriculum and involve teachers for sustainable implementation.
