Training to Build Awareness and Empathy in Students to Overcome Brawls and Bullying Through Education and Interactive Discussions

Abstract

Awareness and empathy training is a strategic step to address brawls and bullying at the Nurul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School Foundation. This activity aims to increase students' understanding of the negative impacts of violence and the importance of empathy in social interactions. Methods used include interactive discussions, simulations, role-playing, and case studies to help students understand the consequences of their actions. Group discussions also encourage sharing of experiences and strengthen mutual respect. Through this training, students are expected to develop tolerance, increase social awareness, and play an active role in creating a safe, harmonious, and conflict-free school environment.
