Abstract

Bullying in vocational schools is a serious issue affecting students’ mental health and learning interest. Data from KPAI in 2023 recorded around 3,800 cases, nearly half occurring in schools. This study aims to analyze the relationship between peer bullying and decreased learning interest among vocational students. A qualitative approach was used through observation, interviews, and focus group discussions. Results show a significant correlation between bullying and reduced motivation and academic performance. Contributing factors include lack of teacher supervision and negative peer influence. Recommendations include early detection systems, teacher training, and student empowerment to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
