The Role of Soft Skills in Cultivating an Entrepreneurial Spirit Among Teenagers

Technological developments and global dynamics require the younger generation, especially teenagers, to have a strong entrepreneurial spirit to face the challenges of the business world. This study aims to explain the role of soft skills in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among teenagers, encouraging self-confidence and creativity, and providing an overview of how soft skills support business success. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation at the Daarul Shafa Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Depok. The results show that the development of soft skills such as communication, leadership, creativity, and time management effectively increases the readiness and motivation of teenagers in entrepreneurship. The integration of religious education with soft skills training in Islamic boarding schools has been proven to shape independent and innovative characters. In conclusion, soft skills are the main foundation for teenagers to produce successful and adaptive entrepreneurs in the modern era.
