The Effectiveness of Guidance and Counseling in Increasing Vocational High School Students' Learning Motivation

Abstract

Learning motivation is a crucial factor in student academic achievement, particularly at the Vocational High School (SMK) level, which is characterized by a combination of theory and practice. This community service activity, organized by Pamulang University students, aims to analyze the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services in improving the learning motivation of students at SMK AL-FAJAR JAKARTA. The community service activity involved 84 students at SMK AL-FAJAR JAKARTA. This community service activity demonstrated that the guidance and counseling program significantly enhances the academic potential of SMK students by strengthening internal and external motivation in learning.
