Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in addressing bullying behavior in schools. Bullying has negative physical, psychological, and social impacts on victims. Teachers are responsible for identifying, preventing, and intervening in bullying to create a safe learning environment. Through guidance, advice, and positive relationships, teachers can detect early signs of bullying. They also act as mediators between perpetrators and victims. The results show that active teacher involvement reduces bullying cases. Additionally, peers play roles as counselors by providing emotional support. Collaboration between teachers and students effectively creates a safe, supportive, and bullying-free school environment.
