Training on Using Microsoft Word in Writing Papers to Support High School Students at the Nurul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School

This study aims to investigate the impact of attention, communication, and support from peers and teachers on students' mental health and learning concentration. The school environment, encompassing attention, communication, and support from peers and teachers, is considered crucial in shaping students' learning motivation. The method used in this study was a quantitative correlational approach. The subjects were all tenth-grade students enrolled at SMK AL-FAJAR Jakarta. The data used in this study were collected through observation and documentation, and then analyzed using correlation tests to explore the relationship between school environment variables and learning motivation. The research findings indicate a positive and significant influence of the school environment on students' learning motivation.
