Educators' Strategies to Increase Learning Enthusiasm Amidst Social Challenges

Abstract

Learning motivation is crucial for academic achievement, yet many students face social challenges such as peer influence, excessive social media use, and limited family support and environment. These reduce interest and performance, requiring effective teacher strategies. This community service by Universitas Pamulang titled “Teachers’ Strategies to Improve Learning Motivation Amid Social Challenges” aims to educate students about motivation and teachers’ roles. Methods included presentations, sharing, discussions, and interactive Q&A. Results show students better understand teachers’ roles, become more open about difficulties, and more motivated to face social challenges, creating positive impact and inspiration for other schools in similar contexts today.
