Abstract

Adolescence is a period of rapid growth, high emotional and social pressures, and high academic demands. It's common for teenagers to experience stress and overthinking as a reaction to this pressure, which can affect sleep quality, concentration, motivation to learn, and overall mental health. At our latest Community Service (PKM) event, we aimed to train self-awareness to help Grade 12 students prevent and manage stress and overthinking. This training included interactive lectures on the definition and effects of overthinking and stress, self-awareness, and the concept of self-awareness. Students were also encouraged to participate in relaxation and reflection activities to deepen their understanding of their psychological state.
