Adolescence is a crucial period marked by significant changes and complex challenges, including an increase in mental health problems and the phenomenon of bullying. This research designed an innovative "My Mind My Rules" program, integrating emotional intelligence training and anti-bullying strategies to improve adolescents' mental well-being. Emotional intelligence has been shown to be a crucial protective factor, while bullying has a detrimental impact on all parties involved. This program aims to equip teenagers with the ability to manage emotions, deal with conflict, and build a supportive environment. The "My Mind My Rules" concept emphasizes self-awareness, self-management, and social skills. Program implementation requires systemic support from educational institutions, government, families, researchers and practitioners.
