Mental health issues among adolescents have become increasingly prominent in recent years. Academic pressure, social relationships, family dynamics, and the influence of social media have all contributed to rising levels of stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem among high school students. Unfortunately, the stigma that still surrounds mental health prevents many teenagers from expressing their condition or seeking help. This Community Service Program aims to foster awareness, empathy, and real action on mental health issues through a peer-to-peer approach. The activity was held at SMK Al-Hikmah and involved students from grades XII. Using group discussions, empathy simulations, counseling sessions, and creative campaigns, the program encouraged students to understand one another, become active listeners, and create a more supportive school environment. The results showed improved student understanding of mental health and their initiative in forming safe spaces and peer support groups.
