Abstract

Conflict management and negotiation are important skills for leaders, including high school students who serve as leaders in the school environment. The purpose of this article is to provide guidance on conflict management and negotiation strategies to enhance students' leadership skills. This includes understanding the basic concepts of conflict, identifying the causes of conflict, and applying resolution strategies such as negotiation, mediation, and compromise. In addition, a proactive approach, open communication, empathy, and active participation are key principles in managing conflict constructively. Extension results show that students trained in conflict management and negotiation are able to create a harmonious learning environment and improve their leadership effectiveness. Thus, this program is expected to be a model for implementation in other schools to build a generation of competent and inclusive leaders. and supporting a more interactive and modern learning process.
