Abstract

This Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to improve future-planning literacy among foster children at Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Mandiri in Pamulang, South Tangerang. The main challenges faced by these children include low self-awareness of their potential and interests, limited access to career guidance, and a lack of concrete planning to achieve their aspirations. Adopting the theme “Big Dreams: Small Steps,” this program applies a human-resource-development approach through interest and talent mapping, soft-skills training, motivation reinforcement, stress management, and the formulation of realistic future goals.
