Abstract

The Dapur Berkah Program conducted by Yayasan Rumah Qur’an Aqsyanna is a social initiative aimed at providing meals for communities in need. The sustainability of such programs depends greatly on a structured and effective operational system. This community service activity aimed to strengthen operational management by optimizing workflow, task distribution, and coordination among volunteers without altering the foundation’s core procedures. A participatory approach was applied through observation, discussion, problem identification, and direct assistance in kitchen operations. According to Robbins and Coulter (2018), organizational effectiveness is influenced by clear work structures and proper coordination.
