Abstract

The Dapur Berkah Program organized by Yayasan Rumah Al-Qur'an Aqsyanna operates as a social initiative that provides nutritious meals to the community around Ciputat, and students from the Management Study Program of Universitas Pamulang carried out a Community Service activity aimed at improving the efficiency of food processing and serving without altering the foundation's existing operational procedures. The implementing team applied a participatory approach through field observation, discussions with volunteers, task-division planning, and direct practice across the stages of preparation, processing, and distribution so that every operational issue could be understood thoroughly before solutions were formulated. According to Sugiyono (2019), a participatory approach allows those carrying out an activity to be directly involved in understanding and resolving problems that arise in the field.
