Marketing is a crucial element in running a business, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), as business success largely depends on the marketing strategies implemented. The main challenge faced by the PKK Women’s Group is the limited knowledge of both conventional (offline) and digital (online) marketing, especially in the use of e-commerce. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide socialization and training on digital marketing and offline marketing through lectures, discussions, and simulation methods. This program is expected to enhance participants’ understanding, motivation, and skills in utilizing marketing media to increase income and improve family welfare. The outputs of this activity include a scientific article published in an ISSN-indexed journal and increased empowerment and marketing capabilities of the PKK Women’s Group.
