Abstract

Adolescence is a dynamic stage of development, during which the ability to interact with others and lead a group becomes increasingly important. However, not all adolescents have opportunities to practice these skills through direct experience in school. One effective alternative method is team building, a series of activities designed to enhance cooperation, communication, and roles within a group. Research findings indicate that team building can create an environment that encourages open communication, strengthens trust among participants, and develops problem-solving skills collaboratively. Additionally, through cooperative games and role-playing activities, adolescents can gradually practice leadership, from guiding a team and planning strategies to explaining decisions made.
