Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages organizations and individuals to manage content activities and digital campaigns more strategically. Measuring content activity is essential to determine message effectiveness, audience interaction, and the overall success of a digital campaign. Through the analysis of content performance, engagement, and campaign reach, individuals and institutions can formulate more accurate strategies to enhance visibility and the impact of digital communication. Thus, measuring digital activity is not merely an evaluation tool but also a foundation for decision-making to strengthen long-term digital strategies. The method used in this study was participatory action research. Observations show that content activities and digital campaigns within the community service program have been implemented but are not yet optimal due to limited participant understanding of digital measurement indicators such as engagement rate, reach, and campaign performance.
