Abstract

Adolescents are vulnerable to bullying, which negatively affects mental health, self-confidence, and social development. To address this, a one-day training titled “Stop Bullying, Start Respect: Building a Safe and Comfortable School Environment” was held on August 28, 2025, at the Aula of SMK 3 Perguruan Cikini Jakarta for 11th-grade students. The activities included presentations, Q&A sessions, experience sharing, and interactive games, aiming to raise awareness about the impact of bullying, promote respect, and foster a positive school culture. The program covered the definition, types, causes, and effects of bullying, as well as prevention steps such as reporting incidents, fostering healthy communication, and developing empathy.
