Soft skills are personal abilities that help individuals manage themselves and interact effectively with others. Improving soft skills enhances leadership, communication, behavior, task management, and networking, especially when combined with cognitive strategies for better decision-making. The Community Service Program (PKM) at Wisma Karya Bakti Orphanage, Oto Iskandar Foundation, aims to raise awareness among teenagers in designing soft skill programs, developing strategic thinking, and self-evaluation for a brighter future. Support from schools, parents, and the private sector makes soft skill development a long-term investment in creating adaptive and competitive young generations.
