Leadership Camp Era 5.0: Developing Leadership and Social Responsibility in Students

Abstract

Community service through the program “Leadership Camp Era 5.0: Developing Students’ Leadership Spirit and Social Responsibility” was conducted at SMK Tadika Pertiwi on September 17, 2025. This program was implemented as a collaboration between Universitas Pamulang and SMK Tadika Pertiwi, aiming to develop young leaders who are adaptive, socially responsible, and possess strong integrity in the Society 5.0 era. The program targeted senior high school and vocational students from grades X–XII who demonstrated high motivation, leadership potential, and effective communication skills.
