The Society 5.0 era requires vocational high school students to possess not only technical skills but also character-based and responsible leadership. Low awareness of responsibility, weak leadership character, and unproductive use of technology remain major challenges. This community service program aims to design and implement leadership transformation strategies to strengthen students’ responsibility and character. The methods include counseling sessions, leadership training, interactive discussions, and case-based leadership simulations. The results indicate improved student understanding of leadership roles, responsibility, and character values in facing digital-era challenges. This program is expected to serve as a sustainable model for strengthening vocational student leadership grounded in human-centered values.
