Abstract

The Society 5.0 era requires young generations to possess adaptive, innovative, and technology-based leadership skills. SMK Tadika Pertiwi implemented a Digital Leadership Training program to equip students with communication, collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and critical thinking skills. The program adopted a Participatory Action Research approach through observation, focus group discussions, interviews, SWOT analysis, workshops, and digital leadership simulation projects. The results showed high student enthusiasm despite challenges such as low digital literacy, limited facilities, and lack of practical leadership experience. Nevertheless, the training successfully enhanced students’ understanding of technology-based leadership, strengthened collaborative skills, and increased their confidence in facing real challenges in the Society 5.0 era.
