Abstract

Strengthening student leadership and responsibility through an experiential learning approach is an important strategy in developing adaptive and integrity-driven young generations. At SMK Tadika Pertiwi, this method is implemented through active student involvement in organizational simulations, project management, case studies, and group work. Direct experience enables students to develop communication, decision-making, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility. Challenges include limited mental readiness and inadequate facilities. Therefore, consistent mentoring, continuous motivation, and reflective practices are essential. This approach is expected to produce vocational students who are not only technically competent but also possess strong leadership character and are ready to contribute positively to the workplace and society.
