Abstract

The visionary leadership simulation program is a community service initiative designed to develop adaptive, responsible, and visionary young generations in the Society 5.0 era. In vocational schools, this program aims to equip students with not only vocational skills but also digital-based leadership competencies. Through leadership simulations, students gain direct experience in decision-making, team management, and solving real and virtual challenges. Despite challenges such as varying levels of technological readiness and limited facilities, a collaborative and practice-based approach has proven effective. The program results indicate improvements in students’ leadership abilities, sense of responsibility, and critical and creative thinking skills in responding to the demands of Society 5.0.
