Abstract

Strengthening student character is a crucial effort in developing an intelligent and integrity-driven generation in the Society 5.0 era. This community service activity was conducted at SMK Tadika Pertiwi to enhance the understanding of grade XI students regarding the importance of character, discipline, and responsibility in facing global challenges. The program involved lecturers and students from the Management Study Program using discussion-based learning, lectures, and character value simulations. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of moral values, ethics, and responsibility in daily life. This program is expected to serve as a model for character education strengthening and the implementation of transformational leadership in vocational schools.
