Education in schools has traditionally focused on academic and cognitive aspects, resulting in limited development of students’ leadership and sense of responsibility. This condition leads many students to become passive, lack initiative, and struggle with effective teamwork. To address this issue, Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is implemented as an innovative learning approach. Through PjBL, students actively plan, execute, and evaluate real projects, fostering leadership, independence, collaboration, and responsibility. This program aims to enhance academic competence while developing essential soft skills such as decision-making, communication, discipline, and integrity. Through PjBL implementation, students are expected to become independent, character-driven individuals ready to face future challenges.
