Career preparation for vocational high school students is essential in facing an increasingly competitive job market. Many students still experience confusion about career direction, lack confidence, and have limited understanding of employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. The Community Service Program (PKM) entitled “Career Motivation: Ready to Work, Ready to Create, Ready to Be a Boss” was conducted at SMK Al Hikmah Jakarta to enhance students’ career motivation and readiness. The program applied participatory methods, including counseling, training, interactive discussions, job simulations, and career planning assistance.
