Time Management & Productivity A la Gen Z

Abstract

Generation Z has grown up in the digital era with rapid access to technology, yet faces challenges in time management due to digital distractions and excessive multitasking. This program aimed to enhance Gen Z’s understanding and skills in time management and productivity through an educational and participatory approach. The methods included observation, group discussions, and time management training sessions. The results indicated increased awareness of the importance of planning, prioritizing tasks, and using technology wisely to support productivity. This initiative is expected to serve as a soft skill development model to help Gen Z manage academic, social, and professional demands effectively.
