Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to provide education on basic digital marketing concepts and effective online selling strategies through social media. Rapid technological development has transformed marketing practices, making social media a wide-reaching, cost-efficient, and interactive platform. However, many students and beginner entrepreneurs still lack proper understanding of content planning and digital marketing strategies. The program was conducted through lectures, discussions, and practical content strategy sessions. The results indicated significant improvement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing, content variation, and the potential of social media to increase sales and build consumer trust. This initiative supports digital-based economic empowerment and competitiveness.
