Utilization of AI and Information Technology in the World of Education to Increase Learning Efficiency and Creativity

The development of information technology and artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed learning processes at SMK Al Hidaya Ciputat. This descriptive qualitative study used observation, interviews, and documentation to analyze the implementation of technology in improving learning quality. The findings indicate that platforms such as Google Classroom and AI-based applications like ChatGPT enhance access to materials, increase student engagement, and support more personalized and adaptive learning. However, challenges include limited devices, uneven internet access, and low digital literacy among some teachers and students. Institutional support through training, infrastructure provision, and digital culture strengthening is essential for sustainable impact.
