Abstract

Vocational high school graduates are expected to be job-ready; however, many lack clear post-graduation plans, contributing to unemployment rates. A community service program at SMK Al-Hidayah Ciputat aimed to evaluate Grade XII students’ readiness for post-graduation transitions and provide career planning education. Using a participatory approach, the program involved interviews with 30 students, group discussions, and brief career guidance sessions. Results showed that 60% had no clear plans, 25% wanted to work without knowing the steps, and 15% planned to pursue higher education but were unsure about their major. The activity increased students’ awareness and motivation to plan their future more effectively.
