Socialization and Education on Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Patterns (PHBS) in Schools and Households

Abstract

The community service program aimed to improve students’ understanding and implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) at SMK Al-Hidayah Ciputat. The results indicated increased awareness and collaboration among students, teachers, and parents. However, field observations and focus group discussions revealed that implementation remains suboptimal. Challenges include limited understanding of PHBS indicators, lack of practical activities such as proper handwashing and waste management, and the absence of a comprehensive healthy culture. Therefore, a more systematic and participatory approach is needed to establish sustainable healthy habits.
