Strengthening the Entrepreneurial Spirit of Young People Through Business-Based Greenpreneur Programs in the Digital Era

Abstract

Youth unemployment and low entrepreneurial spirit pose serious challenges that require sustainable empowerment approaches. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to strengthen youth entrepreneurship through the development of a digital-based Greenpreneur business program in Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan. The activities included environmental entrepreneurship education, recycle and upcycle product training, digital marketing through social media and e-commerce, and mentoring in developing green economy business models. The program was implemented collaboratively with community partners and green creative industry practitioners. The results showed significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, skills, and motivation to establish independent businesses that generate profit while contributing positively to environmental sustainability.
