Abstract

This Community Service program was conducted as part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, focusing on enhancing senior high school students’ understanding of personal branding in building their careers at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ihsan. In an increasingly competitive industrial world, young generations must develop effective strategies and strong skills for future success. Through counseling on LinkedIn concepts and personal branding development, this program aims to improve students’ competitiveness and expand their career opportunities. In the long term, the initiative is expected to help students better prepare for entering the workforce or pursuing higher education with a competitive advantage.
