Creative CV and Portfolio Creation Training Using Canva to Improve Work Readiness and Organizational Skills for High School Students at Nurul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

Training in making CVs and creative portfolios using Canva aims to improve work readiness and abilities of high school student organizations at Nurul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. In the digital age, CV and attractive portfolio are important tools to promote themselves professionally. However, many students do not have the skills to compile these documents creatively and informatively. Through the method of presentation, discussion, and simulation, this training has succeeded in increasing students' understanding and skills in utilizing Canva as an intuitive design tool. The results show that participants are more confident in making CVs and portfolios in accordance with the needs of the world of work and organization.
