Islamic Boarding Schools and Financial Literacy: Building Stable and Healthy Finances in the Current Era

Abstract

In the modern era, sound financial management is essential to face economic challenges. The community service program entitled “Building Stable and Healthy Financial Management in the Modern Era” was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ihsan to enhance financial knowledge and skills through socialization, training, and mentoring. The methods included interactive action research, financial recording simulations, and simple savings and cash flow management practices. The results showed increased awareness among administrators and students regarding financial planning and transparent, sustainable fund management. The program is expected to support a stable financial system, institutional independence, and relevant financial skills for students in today’s era.
