Abstract

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) entitled “Basic Entrepreneurship Counseling for MA Students” was implemented to enhance senior high school students’ understanding and fundamental entrepreneurial skills. The program aimed to foster creative, innovative, and independent mindsets while introducing entrepreneurship as an alternative career path. A total of 50 students participated in training sessions covering basic entrepreneurship concepts, opportunity identification, and business plan simulations. The methods included interactive counseling, group discussions, and practical simulations. Evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests showed significant improvement in students’ understanding, entrepreneurial motivation, and ability to develop simple business plans. This program is expected to serve as a sustainable entrepreneurship development model in high schools.
