Author Guideline

Author Guidelines — RAS Publisher

To ensure consistency and quality, all manuscripts submitted to journals published by RAS Publisher must follow the guidelines below:

1. Language

Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English. Authors are encouraged to use clear, academic language. English abstracts must be grammatically correct and are recommended to be checked using a professional proofreading tool (e.g., Grammarly).

2. Manuscript Format

  • Submissions must be prepared using the official journal template provided by RAS Publisher.
  • Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, unless otherwise stated.
  • File format must be in .docx (Microsoft Word).

3. Title and Author Information

  • The title should not exceed two lines and must reflect the essence of the manuscript.
  • Author’s full name(s), affiliation(s), and email address must be clearly stated under the title.

4. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract must be written in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a maximum of 200 words each.
  • It should concisely describe the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.
  • Abstract in English should be italicized and written in Times New Roman 10 pt, single spacing, in one paragraph.
  • Include 3 to 5 keywords below the abstract.

5. Tables and Figures

  • Tables must be clearly titled, numbered, and accompanied by relevant explanations. Use dot (.) as a decimal separator and a space for thousand separators (e.g., 1.000 for one thousand).
  • Line drawings (graphs/illustrations) must be high-resolution, black-and-white, and labeled properly.
  • Photographs must be of high quality (high contrast) and accompanied by descriptive captions.

6. References

  • The reference list must follow the APA Style 6th Edition.
  • References should be listed alphabetically.
  • Use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to ensure consistency.

7. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the OJS (Open Journal Systems) platform of the respective journal.
